What we collect and why

• Orders and subscriptions: name, address, email, phone, what you bought, payment status and, for subscriptions, your renewal schedule. Needed to fulfil our agreement with you and to keep accounting records (kept 7 years under Swedish law).
• Customer account: your email and order history, so you can log in without a password and manage your subscription.
• Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• Customer service: the messages you send us, kept as long as needed to help you.
• Site usage: anonymous statistics and, with your consent, marketing cookies (see below).

Who processes your data for us

We use carefully chosen service providers who process data on our behalf: Shopify (store, checkout and payments), Appstle (subscription management), Stripe (payment processing for subscriptions started on our previous website), Shipmondo and our carriers (shipping), Mailchimp (newsletter), and Google (statistics, only with your consent). Some of these providers are based outside the EU/EEA; transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to measure how it is used and, with your consent, for marketing. Necessary cookies (cart, checkout, security) are always on. Statistics and marketing cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time under Your privacy choices, linked in the footer.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Please contact us by email if you have any questions or wish to have your information removed. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).
