Terms of purchase

Welcome to Akka. These terms of purchase apply when you, as a consumer, make a purchase through our website.

By placing an order with us you accept the terms below.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT.
Payment is made through the payment options offered at checkout.

Orders and order confirmation

When we have received your order, an automatically generated order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you provided.
All orders are subject to items selling out and to errors in stock status or price.

Delivery

Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days.
Shipping cost and delivery method are shown at checkout.
In the event of delays we will contact you by e-mail. We are responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to you.

Right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Act)

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

Important exception: sealed dietary supplements
For reasons of hygiene and safety, the right of withdrawal only applies if the packaging is completely unopened.
If the seal has been broken or the packaging opened, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

Notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return the goods within a further 14 days.
The customer pays a return fee of 400 SEK / €40 to cover shipping and handling.

We refund the price of the goods within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as at purchase.

Complaints (Consumer Sales Act)

If a product is faulty you have the right to make a complaint within three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
Contact us as soon as possible if you discover a fault. We pay the return shipping for approved complaints.

Uncollected parcels

Parcels that are not collected do not count as a withdrawn purchase.
Uncollected parcels are charged 150 SEK to cover shipping and handling costs.

Personal data (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
The information is used to handle orders, deliveries and customer service.

Changes to the terms

Akka reserves the right to update the terms of purchase. The terms in force at the time of purchase are the ones that apply to your order.
