Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, counted from the day you receive the goods.

Important exception: sealed dietary supplements. For reasons of hygiene and safety, the right of withdrawal only applies if the packaging is completely unopened. If the seal has been broken or the packaging opened, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Notify us at info@akka.health within 14 days of receiving the goods. You may use the standard withdrawal form from the Swedish Consumer Agency, but you do not have to.
• Return the goods within a further 14 days, unopened, to the address we give you.
• You pay a return fee of 400 SEK / €40 to cover shipping and handling.

We refund the price of the goods within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as at purchase.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. A renewal that has already been shipped is handled as a normal purchase under the rules above. See our subscription terms.

Complaints

If a product is faulty you have the right to make a complaint within three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us as soon as possible if you discover a fault. We pay the return shipping for approved complaints and replace the product or refund you.

Uncollected parcels

Parcels that are not collected do not count as a withdrawn purchase. Uncollected parcels are charged 150 SEK to cover shipping and handling costs.
