Delivery

Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days. In the event of delays we contact you by email. We are responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to you.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on the 90-day and 180-day doses. The 30-day dose carries a fixed shipping fee. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import charges

Orders to countries outside the EU (for example the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and the United States) may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the carrier or customs authority on arrival. These are not included in our prices and are paid by you.

Uncollected parcels

Parcels that are not collected are returned to us and charged 150 SEK to cover shipping and handling. See our refund policy.
